We do not accept cancellations or process refunds after order is shipped.

Under normal circumstances orders received by 2 PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after the 2 PM EST are not guaranteed to go out the same day.
All of our items receive free UPS First-Class shipping, with normal estimated domestic delivery time is 2-10 business days depending on distance.

Normal estimated UPS Express Mail delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on distance.
